Construction Administration and Contracts
Mission Statement:
To deliver the highest quality capital improvement projects for County of Orange
residents.
The Administration and Contracts section of the Construction plans
and implements County funded capital improvement projects. This includes advertising
for bids and awarding contracts, administrating capital improvement projects and
providing inspection services.
The primary goal of Administration and Contracts is to ensure projects are completed
safely, on time, within budget and scope. This is accomplished with full time on
site inspection by trained, experienced and dedicated professionals who are responsible
for enforcing compliance with safety regulations and Orange County Standard Plans
and Specifications.
